International Women's Association of Prague

IWAP is an independent, non-political, non-profit organization voluntarily run by its members. IWAP welcomes all women who live in the Czech Republic. IWAP aims to promote friendship among its members and also seeks to raise funds for the benefit of selected charities within the Czech Republic. IWAP is a member of "Open Door" - an international association of 70 groups throughout the world.

IWAP STATUTES CHANGE

The Executive Board has proposed, that amendments of the following articles be considered and voted upon at the General Meeting on 13th of May 2008:

- ARTICLE I: NAME, PURPOSE AND ACTIVITIES
- ARTICLE II: MEMBERS
- ARTICLE IV: EXECUTIVE BOARD
- ARTICLE VII: ELECTION OF EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
- ARTICLE VIII: MEETINGS
- ARTICLE XI: AMENDMENTS

The amended statutes can be seen at the IWAP office and at the May General Meeting.
