Welcome to the IWAP Events Calendar!

How to access the calendar

Click on the link above or on the calendar icon on the right.

You can also find more information on the events by clicking on them in the Events Calendar and by visiting the Interest Groups and Social & Cultural Events pages of the website. You can change the Events Calendar view to monthly, weekly or agenda (top right hand corner of the calendar), or you can select a different month (top left hand corner).

What you need to know ...

Remember to always contact a coordinator to confirm your participation and to check for possible changes in the schedule.

If you are an IWAP member, you can participate in all of the interest groups, general meetings, newcomers lunheons and special events listed, which offer non-profit leisure activities. Spouses or partners of IWAP members may participate in many of the events listed in the calendar.

Executive Board meetings are for IWAP Executive Board members only. For special planning committee meetings, it is best to get in touch with the contact person as these meetings may not be open to members outside of the committee.

IWAP members and their spouses or partners who participate in any of the activities, interest groups and social events do so at their own accord, and IWAP cannot be held responsible for any damage, mishaps, losses or injuries, material or moral, that might be suffered as a result or in connection with such activities.

Please note: you (or your partner/spouse) must be an IWAP member in order to participate in these events. Non-members can come to an IWAP event, interest group, general meeting, newcomers lunch and any other IWAP activity or event one time only. After that, membership is required.

Cancellation of attendance after the reservation deadline or no-show at Social & Cultural events is chargeable in full.
